Stowe School, situated in the breathtaking Buckinghamshire countryside, offers a dynamic and exciting environment for students aged 13-18. Established in 1923, this historically grand institution has evolved from an all-boys school into a coeducational institution with a diverse student body hailing from various parts of the UK and abroad. Stowe School's unique approach to nurturing individuality and creativity is reflected in its most famous alumnus, Richard Branson.

Stowe School provides an exceptional full-boarding experience and is academically selective, but somewhat less so than other schools of its national and international reputation. The school is dedicated to developing each individual student, making it suitable for a wide range of students with diverse talents and interests. Academically, around four students gain Oxbridge places each year, with 75-80% progressing to Russell Group universities. Stowe also excels in sports, music, and the creative and performing arts.

Admissions to Stowe School occur primarily at 13+ and 16+, with a few places available each year for 14+. Children in UK schools sit the ISEB pre-test in the autumn of Year 7, and offers are made based on test results, an interview, and reference. Overseas applicants are asked to take the UKiset test and will then be invited to the school for exams in English, Maths, and Science. Approximately 40 students join Stowe's sixth form each year, with applications made a year in advance.
